Participation in the accredited programme and issuance of the EACCME® certificate are subject to the registration, attendance monitoring and evaluation rules applicable to Congress participants.
The Sponsor has and shall have no influence on the design of the Congress Scientific Programme, the selection of topics, speakers, moderators, chairpersons, lecture content, the delivery of educational activities or the CME/EACCME® accreditation process. All benefits granted to the Sponsor under this agreement relate exclusively to commercial and non-educational elements of the Congress. If the package includes an industry-sponsored symposium, it represents a clearly separated commercially sponsored activity that is not part of the accredited Scientific Programme and is not eligible for ECMEC® credits. The Organiser reserves the right, for the purpose of complying with ACI/EACCME® rules, to modify the location or manner of display of commercial material, while providing the Sponsor with a commercially equivalent benefit.
